About Baettr
Baettr is an internationally active manufacturing service provider for components for the wind industry and renewable energies. The company offers full-spectrum solutions along the entire value chain: design review, casting, machining, surface treatment and assembly. Baettr integrates directly into its customers' value chains, which include international OEMs from the wind industry, and enables cost-efficient series production to customer specification. Production takes place at sites in Europe, India and China; with around 1,000 employees worldwide, the company works on reduced costs, less complexity and innovation for the energy transition. The foundry in Guldsmedshyttan (Sweden) was closed as part of strategic reviews; production ended in October 2025. Sustainability is anchored as its own strategic pillar: in the medium term, Baettr aims to produce entirely with renewable energy and to significantly increase the share of recycled raw materials in castings.
