About Bakery Bakery

Bakery Bakery is a Swiss bakery founded in 2019 by Lycra and Kevin and, according to its own statements, the first fully vegan bakery chain in Switzerland. From a single pop-up store, the company has grown to nine locations in Bern, Zurich, Basel, Winterthur and Lucerne and employs more than 100 staff. The product range includes vegan baked goods such as croissants (Gipfeli), cinnamon rolls, chocolate croissants, cream slices and cookies as well as four types of bread (sourdough, light and dark baguette, ancient spelt), baked without leavening agents or additives using flour from the canton of Bern. In addition, the company offers weekend brunch, lunch on weekdays, event catering, apéro with natural wines, as well as coffee specialties and matcha; merchandise and gift vouchers are sold through the online shop. The headquarters is located at Schärerstrasse 23 in Bern (Breitenrain).
