Baumann Käse AG is a Swiss cheese specialist headquartered in Zollikofen and has stood for experience and expertise in the distribution of high-quality cheese specialities for more than 65 years. As a full-range supplier, the company serves the Swiss retail sector, wholesale and gastronomy, and is also active in direct sales to private customers. The range includes proven classics such as Le Gruyère AOP, regional specialities such as Lenkertummeli and French cheeses such as Epoisses or Brillat Savarin, complemented by a wide variety of fondue and raclette products. The headquarters in Zollikofen is the centre for purchasing, sales, order picking, delivery and individual customer advice; a second logistics site is located in Zurich. In its own shops such as Chäsbueb, ChäsChäuer and the Chäs-Hüsli, employees sell the products directly at the cheese counter. With over 130 employees throughout Switzerland and its own cheese dairy (PurCrü), the company offers online or telephone ordering as well as a comprehensive service all around the enjoyment of cheese.
