About Ideen aus Stahl Hillebrand
Bauschlosserei Hillebrand GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1986 in Olsberg in the Sauerland region and, as a metalworking company, manufactures assemblies and complex constructions from steel, stainless steel and aluminium for customers from industry, commerce and the private sector. The service portfolio includes structural steelwork and special constructions, metalworking with stair and railing construction, vehicle construction, mechanical engineering and contract work. The in-house design department produces CAD designs, 3D as-built measurements and visualizations; since 2014 there has been its own mechanical engineering department with CNC turning and milling including 5-axis simultaneous machining. Production takes place on around 2000 m² of factory floor space with a welding robot, CNC press brake, microplasma cutting system, rolling and bending systems and Baison laser machines. Welded constructions are manufactured to EN 1090 EXC3 with component dimensions up to 18000 x 4000 x 3500 mm and 5.0 t. The company trains its own skilled workers in metalworking, technical product design and precision mechanics.
