BEA Antriebstechnik GmbH is a drive technology company that has been operating internationally for over 60 years, with headquarters in Neckartailfingen near Stuttgart. The company offers a comprehensive range of drive components, including sprockets and sprocket rims to DIN 8187 and DIN 8188, roller chains, gears, gear racks, bevel gears, timing belt pulleys, V-belt pulleys, couplings, clamping rings, locking assemblies, bearings, linear technology as well as V-belts and timing belts from ContiTech. In addition to standard products from stock, BEA realizes custom-made parts to drawing or CAD data – especially sprockets, pulleys, timing belt pulleys and gears – made from materials such as carbon steel (C45, St 52), stainless steel, alloyed steels, grey cast iron, gunmetal, aluminium and thermoplastics. The custom-made parts are manufactured by experienced manufacturing partners with modern CNC machining, supplemented by heat treatment (case hardening, induction hardening, nitriding) and surface treatment (galvanizing, phosphating, black oxide finishing, KTL and powder coating, anodizing) via partner companies. The headquarters features a high-bay warehouse with 4,200 m² of space and around 10,000 pallets; stock items are deliverable within 24 hours. The BEA Group includes additional sites in Italy, France and Spain as well as a Europe-wide distribution network, supplying mechanical engineering, plant construction, industrial drive technology and automation technology
