About Beckmann Automation
Beckmann Automation GmbH is a family-owned company from Ochtrup with over 30 years of experience in special-purpose machine building. The company develops and manufactures fully automatic standard and special-purpose machines for mattress production and the conversion of technical textiles, as well as hydraulic post drivers for guide rail systems and individual prototypes. The value chain covers design, programming, control cabinet construction, electrical engineering, assembly and commissioning entirely in-house. Core processes include sewing and quilting technology, ultrasonic and hot cutting methods, die cutting, punching, printing, marking, winding and stacking, as well as robot-assisted handling and ultrasonic washing of wide fabrics. The machines are in use worldwide, including in the mattress, zipper, mask and food packaging industries. A modular machine concept allows expansion, modernisation and adaptation of existing systems to new production requirements.

Development of fully automatic mask machines (surgical/FFP2/beak masks) within 8 weeks at the start of the Corona pandemic; several million certified masks produced.
- 2025
End of 2025: rapid development of the largely automated hydraulic post driver ROC 320 for guide rail systems, now part of the standard product range.
