About BEFA Belzig
Since 1990, BEFA Belziger Fahrzeugbau GmbH has been developing and manufacturing custom-designed special-purpose vehicles and vehicle superstructures. The portfolio includes hooklift and skip loaders, tippers with recycling cranes, vehicles for timber transport as well as custom superstructures built to customer requirements. The value chain covers design engineering, welding and assembly work, painting (painting machine with 14 m working range) and final assembly on the approx. 14,000 m² company premises in Bad Belzig. In addition, with around 30 employees the company operates its own workshop service for the repair, maintenance and overhaul of truck superstructures, trailers, cranes and tractor units, hydraulic repairs, crane inspections as well as spare parts, rental and used vehicle services. Customers come primarily from forestry/timber transport, recycling and waste disposal as well as the commercial vehicle sector.
