About Beinbauer Group
Beinbauer Group is an integrated provider of casting and machining solutions with five locations in Germany and the Czech Republic. At the Schwerte site (Beinbauer Casting), complex iron castings with nodular and flake graphite are produced in weights from 15 to 400 kg – from solidification simulation through patternmaking, core and mould making to machining. At the Büchlberg, Obernzell, Kelberg and Sporice sites, cast and forged parts are machined on more than 300 machines: 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling as well as turning for part sizes from 30 to 1,250 mm with a maximum clamping mass of 2 t. The service portfolio includes technical consulting, toolmaking, in-house fixture construction, coating via a partner network, assembly and supply chain management including JIT/JIS delivery. Customers come from the commercial vehicle, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and rail technology sectors. With the planned electric melting operation (GREEN CASTING, production start 2027), the company is reducing its Scope 1 emissions by around 90%.

Materials and Processes
Nodular Cast Iron (Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron)
Standard material for e.g. steering housings, connection and excitation housings with good casting properties.
Nodular Cast Iron, Low Temperature
For components with increased toughness requirements at low temperatures.
Nodular Cast Iron
Combination of strength and ductility for load-bearing vehicle and machine parts.
Nodular Cast Iron
Higher strength for axle supports and load-bearing structural components.
Nodular Cast Iron
High strength for stressed components such as vibratory plates in the construction machinery segment.
Nodular Cast Iron Plus
Improved toughness at medium strength for safety-relevant components.
Nodular Cast Iron Plus
Higher strength with high ductility for dynamically loaded parts.
Nodular Cast Iron Plus
High strength with increased fracture toughness for demanding applications.
Grey Cast Iron (Flake Graphite Cast Iron)
Good damping and machinability for machine and gearbox components.
Grey Cast Iron
Standard material for vibration-damping components in mechanical engineering.
Grey Cast Iron
Higher-strength flake graphite cast iron material for stressed machine parts.
