Bellon Kunststofftechnik GmbH from Mühlacker manufactures injection-molded parts from thermoplastics and thermosets as well as all common plastics. The company produces in small and large series and offers parts with weights from 1 to 1200 grams. For this purpose, a machine fleet of 28 injection molding machines is available, some of which are equipped with handling systems; the clamping force range extends up to 4000 kN. The machines come from leading European manufacturers such as Krauss Maffei, Arburg, Netstal and Engel. In addition to manufacturing, Bellon offers mould making and tool making. A perfected production chain includes fully automatic material drying and feeding to the individual production machines and enables just-in-time production. In case of irregular demand, the company keeps a standard product range in stock on a constantly growing storage area; cooperation with renowned logistics companies also enables the handling of rush orders.
