About Bernd Lindecke Werkzeugbau GmbH
Bernd Lindecke Werkzeugbau GmbH is a tool and mould maker based in Bad Salzuflen in East Westphalia-Lippe. The company has been manufacturing injection moulding tools since 1962 and offers the entire process chain from a single source: design and development, prototype and series tools including 2-shot and 3-shot moulds, 0-series tools made of aluminium, initial sampling as well as small-series production. Manufacturing takes place on networked 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres, high-speed and graphite milling machines as well as EDM machines; injection moulding tools are produced up to a size of 2000 x 1600 x 1200 mm and a total weight of 15 t. The portfolio is complemented by deep hole drilling according to CAD data and the testing and optimisation of all tools on the company's own tie-bar-less injection moulding machine with 300 t clamping force. Maintenance, rework and repair of tools – including externally manufactured ones – are also part of the service offering. Customers include the plastics processing industry and its suppliers.
