Bernhard Beer Werkzeugbau is an owner-managed manufacturing company founded in 2007 in Wendelstein near Nuremberg. The company designs and manufactures insert, progressive and compound tools (bending tools) as well as plastic injection moulds as single and multi-cavity moulds – including CAD/CAM design and sampling. Further areas of service include machine-building parts to drawing or sample made from aluminium, structural steel, tool steel, stainless steel and copper, as well as CNC special parts on cam-controlled automatic lathes, CNC automatic lathes and CNC machining centres, complemented by wire and sinker EDM. Plastic processing covers injection moulding from sampling through small series to large-scale production, using in-house moulds or tools supplied by the customer. Customers are companies in the Nuremberg, Schwabach, Roth and Fürth area; design, manufacturing and final inspection all take place at the same site.
