About BEVAB
BEVAB GmbH was founded in 1989 in Bergisch Gladbach and specializes in two fields: metal coating by flame spraying and vacuum technology. Using the flame spraying process, metallic layers are applied to a wide variety of materials – from metals to ceramics, wood and plastics. Typical applications include copper layers on aluminium or RoHS-compliant tin layers on electrical components made of plastic, such as epoxy resin components for the electrical industry. For coating, the company operates, among other things, an automatic robot coating system ensuring consistent quality. In the field of vacuum technology, BEVAB plans and manufactures custom vacuum systems and vacuum manifolds for industries such as chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, steel, food, glass, extrusion technology, and aerospace. The range is complemented by maintenance and repair of vacuum pumps and systems as well as the distribution of flange components, seals, hoses and vacuum valves to Pneurop standard 6606/1981 or DIN 28403. The factory halls are located in the historic Neue Dombach building, right next to the LVR Industrial Museum.
