About us

Bohrwerker GmbH, based in Merchweiler in Saarland, is a machining company specializing in CNC milled and turned parts according to customer specifications. Individual parts from 1 piece, prototypes, small batches, and serial production up to mass production are produced on modern 5-axis machining centers (Spinner, Hermle, Grob), lathes, and NC-controlled surface grinders. Steel and non-ferrous metals, as well as plastics, are processed; for milling, dimensions up to 800 x 800 x 1000 mm and weights up to one ton are possible, and for grinding, tolerances of up to ±0.002 mm are achieved. The range of services also includes the design and manufacturing of custom form drill tools, clamping fixtures, and clamping systems, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic components. In-house post-processing includes mechanical deburring, thermal deburring (TEM), and rinsing for technical cleanliness—such as for hydraulic precision parts. Customers come from mechanical engineering and industry.
