About Boyke Wear Technology
Boyke Wear Technology GmbH (BWT), based in Lindlar, was founded in 2003 by Hans-Peter Boyke and specializes in the regeneration and remanufacturing of screws and cylinders for injection molding machines and extruders. The regeneration is carried out using the BWT process via cladding with welding fillers and special welding materials, which allows for wear-resistant, crack-free processing and improved service life when dealing with wear-inducing materials and fillers. In addition to screws and cylinders, the company manufactures flow restrictors, nozzles, and spare parts to drawing or sample, including polygonal screws. The service portfolio also includes surface coatings (nickel plating, chrome plating, flame spray, armor, PVD, DLC), cleaning and polishing of tools and screws, extruder overhauls including steel construction, insulation sleeves, oil analysis, material analysis for steel products, as well as the patented cleaning concentrate meltclean. Through its subsidiary Maschinenbau Heilsbronn GmbH, it offers individual machines, components such as extruders, scrap collectors, and film blowing heads, as well as complete production lines. Delivery is made throughout Europe.
