Braun Präzisionstechnik GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Biebergemünd in Hesse with over 40 years of experience in CNC machining. As a contract manufacturer, the company produces precise turned, turn-milled and milled parts to drawing – from millimeter-sized small parts to components over 3 meters in length. Production takes place on CNC lathes and 3- to 5-axis machining centers with tolerances down to 0.01 mm (down to 0.005 mm for small parts). All machinable materials are processed, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, plastics and special alloys. Through a qualified partner network, heat treatment, surface treatment, welded assemblies, sheet-metal parts and assembly work are offered. Customers come from mechanical engineering, plant construction, the glass industry, medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, electrical engineering as well as metrology and control technology. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and every component undergoes 100% final inspection.
