Holistic industrial services from a single source
BRUDA – Industrieservice GmbH was founded in 2021 in Bergheim by Bruno Alsdorf and Daniel Papendorf. The company offers services along the entire plant life cycle: planning and consulting, procurement, assembly and installation, pipeline construction, commissioning, maintenance and servicing as well as plant conversion and dismantling. A focus is on welding technology, including gas-shielded welding (MAG/TIG), manual arc welding, electrofusion welding and orbital welding with robot technology and automatic logging. For aseptic piping in the food and pharmaceutical industries, the rust-free austenitic steels 1.4404, 1.4435, 1.4539 and 1.4571 are processed, and polypropylene is also used for components. Installation priorities include hydraulic systems, steam boilers, water softening and osmosis systems, compressed air technology, sterilization systems and transfer stations. Customers come, among others, from the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, refineries, breweries, airports and the healthcare sector. The qualified welders work according to DIN EN 287-1; all weld seams are documented without gaps.

Quality and qualifications
The welders are tested according to DIN EN 287-1 and qualified with further training as orbital welders according to DIN 1418; weld seams are documented completely, both analog and digital. Systems and pipelines are tested for suitability and condition, including pre-commissioning inspections, inspections under the Industrial Safety Ordinance (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung) and WHG (Water Resources Act) inspections.
