About us
Bruder Drehteile GmbH is a family-run contract manufacturer from Gutach in the central Black Forest (Ortenau district) and has been producing turned and milled parts to drawing since 1969. The service portfolio includes CNC turning up to Ø 60 mm from bar stock, chuck machining up to Ø 150 mm × 250 mm, Swiss-type turning, complete machining on 9-axis turn-mill centres as well as CNC milling on six machining centres, three of which with a 4th axis and one with a 5-axis table. The offering is complemented by design and development consulting, individual surface treatment (bluing, chrome plating, galvanizing, anodizing), heat treatment, assembly and 3D metrology. Production runs from 50 to 5,000 pieces in aluminium, brass, steel, stainless steel, plastics as well as the high-performance alloys Hastelloy and Inconel. Customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and, since 2017, firearms manufacturing; a reference project was the complete measuring fixtures for the Smart Roadster.
