Brüning Maschinenbau und Montageleistungen GmbH was founded in 1990 and is a provider of slaughter technology and food technology. The company delivers complete slaughter plants for pigs, cattle and poultry, complete waste utilization plants as well as machines for meat and food processing, including mixers, vacuum tumblers, meat grinders, washing systems, smoking units, intensive cooling plants and cooking kettles. In its own manufacturing facility in Dessau-Roßlau, plant components with a single weight of up to 5,000 kg are produced from steel, stainless steel and special materials; the processing of stainless steel and copper is one of the core competencies. The range of services also includes piping, chutes, steel structures, equipment for processing technology, wastewater treatment plants and dust extraction systems, industrial installation as well as repair and maintenance. Customers include the meat and food industry, the cement and building materials industry, power plants, municipal utilities, the chemical and pharmaceutical industry as well as foundries, hardening shops and electroplating plants.
