About Bürk Metallwaren
Bürk GmbH is a family-owned sheet metal working company founded in 1926 and headquartered in Donaueschingen. Production includes punching, deep drawing, cutting, NC punching, embossing and folding; the required tools are manufactured in the company's own toolmaking shop. The machine fleet ranges from eccentric presses (10–100 to) and a hydraulic deep-drawing press (60 to) to automatic punching presses and sheet metal shears with up to 2 m cutting length. Materials processed include steels (DC01, galvanized DC01+Z and DC01+ZE), aluminium (AlMg3) and stainless steels (1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4404) in sheet, strip and coil form. Customers come from mechanical engineering, the electrical industry, plant engineering, metrology and control technology, medical technology, data technology and telecommunications technology. After being founded in Villingen, the company moved into new premises in Donaueschingen in 1972/73.
