HEY-SIGN by BWF Group is the felt brand of BWF Tec GmbH & Co. KG, a fifth-generation family company with over 130 years of experience in felt manufacturing. At the headquarters in Offingen, wool and needle felts are produced fully in-house in various fibre combinations, thicknesses (2, 3 and 5 mm) and densities – including an in-house dye house, finishing department and making-up shop. In Meerbusch, a manufactory has been producing design pieces in the LIVING and ACOUSTIC ranges as well as TEXTILCUT cut-to-size pieces for over 25 years, exclusively to order. The Italian site in Caronno Pertusella (BWF FACOL SRL) specialises in finishing and production of undercollar felts for the textile and fashion industry. Materials include wool felt made from 100 % pure, mulesing-free virgin wool (Woolmark®-certified) as well as acoustic materials such as polySONIC® sheet and lanaSONIC. Services include dyeing to Pantone, NCS and RAL, special finishes (flame-retardant, anti-slip, water-repellent), CNC cutting to size and acoustic planning. Customers are found in contract furnishing, office, hotel & gastronomy, sacred spaces and among fashion brands.
