About Us
Canto Ing. GmbH is a service provider from Lüdenscheid specializing in development, design, prototyping, tooling, and (small) series manufacturing. At its own 1,000 sq m premises, they manufacture prototype and small batch tools, production tools, gauges, fixtures, and individual parts – including injection molding and die-casting tools, as well as tools for punch, draw, and press parts. Manufacturing includes HSC milling (3- and 5-axis, travel paths up to 1,200 x 1,300 mm), pocket and wire EDM with Erowa automation, SLS powder fusion of plastics, PolyJet 3D printing, and Laser Curing (laser additive manufacturing of tool steel 1.2709 and stainless steel 1.4404) with contour tempering. Additionally, the company offers article and tool design, mold filling simulation, FEM calculation, metrology/EMPB, surface finishing (paint, chrome, structures), and rotary EDM. Customers come from the automotive, electrical, white goods, furniture, packaging, and toy industries, as well as DIY, medical technology, and sanitary technology. The company is certified in the fields of development, design, prototyping, tooling, and manufacturing according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
