capilla is an independent producer of welding consumables with over 65 years of market experience and a pioneer in bulk material wear protection. The company develops and produces individual electrode rods and welding wires, and offers services throughout the entire component lifecycle: wear protection and contract welding, repair welding, retrofit component optimization, additive manufacturing with laser technology, as well as flame spraying and HVOF surface coating. For analysis and consulting, the company offers reverse engineering with 3D scanning, component and material testing in its own laboratory capiLab, a laser competence center with an analysis laboratory, and in-house training. The portfolio is complemented by wear and spare parts such as screw flights, wear plates, and wear tubes, as well as welding technical calculation tools.
