About CCI Breiding
CCI Breiding GmbH manufactures and distributes castings and wear parts for firing and combustion plants, in particular grate bars and grate accessories. The company was founded in 2016 as a sister company of WVT Breiding GmbH and serves all non-German-speaking markets worldwide. The product range includes components in grey cast iron, ductile iron (spheroidal graphite iron) and high-alloy, heat-resistant steel, produced by sand casting and investment casting, machined or unmachined. Part sizes range from 5 grams to 500 kilograms with no minimum order quantity – from one-off production to large series. The wear parts are developed and optimized for demanding operating conditions in combustion chambers, including adjustments to air flow, cooling grates and reinforced abrasion surfaces. CCI Breiding supplies spare parts for around 20 OEM firing systems, including Kablitz, Polytechnik, Intec, Saxlund, Weiss, Kohlbach and Kara. Customers come from waste incineration (waste-to-energy), biomass and wood chip heating plants, coal-fired power stations, the furniture and MDF industry, and pellet production. The headquarters are located in Schwerte in the Ruhr region.
