About Centroplast
Centroplast Engineering Plastics GmbH is a plastic specialist based in Marsberg in the northeast Sauerland. Since 1961, the company has been extruding technical thermoplastics into semi-finished products such as sheets, round bars, tubes, and profiles, and subsequently manufacturing customized finished parts, assemblies, and components – from individual parts and prototypes to series production. Our in-house machining processes utilize CNC-controlled multi-axis milling centers up to a portal milling machine with a travel range of 5,000 x 2,700 x 950 mm, as well as 4- and 5-axis lathes up to Ø 450 mm and lengths up to 1,250 mm. Other processes include cutting, grinding/planing, thermoforming, injection molding from 250 pieces, 3D printing, vacuum casting, 3D scanning, and assembly of components. Our product range includes materials such as POM, PET, PA, PC, PPE, ABS, PE, PP, PEEK, PPS, and PVDF, also as food-grade, KTW-approved, conductive, or magnetically detectable special materials. Our customers come from, among others, mechanical and plant engineering, the food and beverage industry, medical technology and pharmaceuticals, the automotive and electrical industry, and technical wholesale.
