The CHIRON Group, headquartered in Tuttlingen, is a supplier of machining centers and machining production solutions. The portfolio includes vertical CNC milling machines and mill-turn machining centers ranging from micromachining (Micro5, Micro5 XL) through the series 08 to 25, profile machining centers (MILL series) up to mill-turn centers of the 715 series. The 5-axis, dual-spindle and bar machining technologies are complemented by fully automated complete solutions (Variocell UNO, MOVE, PALLET, SYSTEM, Feed5). In addition to machines and turnkey projects, the company offers digital solutions (SmartLine, SmartServices), services, machine refurbishment and retrofits. Machined materials include aluminum, titanium and die-cast metal. Customer industries include automotive, medical technology, aerospace, precision technology, toolmaking and mechanical engineering. Reference customers include Siemens, Mettler-Toledo and AMAG components. Production takes place at the Precision Factory in Neuhausen ob Eck; the Refurbishment business unit at the same location overhauls used machines with manufacturer know-how. With sales and service locations in Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic and Croatia, the company is internationally present.
