About CIM-BASE
CIM-BASE Consulting & Engineering is an engineering consultancy based in Vaihingen/Enz that has been providing practice-oriented technical consulting and services for efficient, digital engineering in mechanical and plant engineering since 1990. Owner Dipl.-Ing. Freihold Hasselfeld supports as an independent expert the focal areas of configuration from sales (CPQ) to engineering, optimized engineering, cross-disciplinary modularization and standardization as well as ECAD benchmarks, selection consulting and system introduction. The service portfolio also includes building symbol and component libraries, function-oriented documentation structures, table-driven drawing generation, value analyses, training and coaching of engineering teams as well as concepts for Engineering 4.0 and Service 4.0 with preventive maintenance and big data evaluation.
