Coatronics Surface Technologies GmbH, based in Glückstadt, develops and manufactures systems and components for surface treatment. The portfolio includes electrostatic powder coating booths, cataphoresis systems (KTL), wet paint booths, pretreatment lines, drying and curing ovens as well as conveyor systems, complemented by powder coating equipment of the E-COAT+3 and E-FEED+3 series and coating robotics. Under the coatmaster brand, the company also offers non-contact coating thickness measurement systems (ATO technology) for laboratory, inline and 3D applications. The ELECTRON brand has belonged to Sistem Teknik A.Ş. since 1998, with 15,000 m² of production space, more than 200 employees and over 50,000 installations in more than 70 countries. In addition to new systems, Coatronics offers manufacturer-independent consulting, maintenance, retrofitting and optimization of existing coating systems, Ex-area inspections, sieve fabric service and fire protection systems.
