About BIMACO
BIMACO, a brand of Colak GmbH, develops and produces drying systems for biomasses such as slurry, digestate, grape pomace, coffee grounds and humus substrates. The portfolio includes the CK600 biomass dryer, the CF500 slurry dryer and the CT500 digestate dryer. The patented process achieves an efficiency rate of 1.6 litres of evaporation per 1 kW of thermal output and uses exhaust heat from CHP units that would previously escape unused. The systems operate with hybrid indirect and direct drying, PLC control, a tube flocculator, filter systems for fine dust reduction, as well as hygienisation and odour neutralisation of the biomasses. Colak GmbH handles production, installation, adaptation, spare parts supply and fitting, as well as maintenance, alternatively as a rental solution with no down payment. The Colak Group has been active in plant engineering for over 30 years, from the nanotechnology sector to biomass drying. The company is headquartered in Urmitz, Rhineland-Palatinate.
