CONTAG AG is a Berlin-based printed circuit board manufacturer specializing in express production. Founded in 1981, the family-owned company manufactures single-sided and double-sided printed circuit boards, multilayer boards, and special types including high-frequency and HDI SBU printed circuit boards with blind and buried vias. Flexible and rigid-flex PCBs, as well as prototypes with short delivery times, are also part of the product range. Manufacturing is done on copper-clad and flexible base materials in its own plant at the headquarters in Berlin-Siemensstadt. In addition to manufacturing, the company offers technological consulting, preparation/CAM, and its own software development for ERP, process control, and quality. Customers come from electronics manufacturing (EMS), medical technology, automotive, and racing technology as well as research, including Dräger Safety and Fraunhofer IIS.

History
- 1981
Founded as “CONTI'S LEITERPLATTEN-SERVICE” in Berlin-Siemensstadt; manufacturing of single-sided printed circuit boards in a 50 m² retail space.
- 1989
Expansion to 120 m²; inclusion of double-sided printed circuit board manufacturing.
- 1995
Moving to an industrial building and commencement of multilayer manufacturing; renaming of the sole proprietorship to CONTAG GmbH.
