About Continental Industrie
Since April 1992, Continental Industrie GmbH has been based in Dormagen as an independent sales and engineering company of Continental Industrie S.A.S. (Saint-Trivier sur Moignans, France). The corporate group has been developing and manufacturing multistage centrifugal blowers and exhausters, single-stage turbo compressors of the TCH and TCB series, and ATEX-compliant gas boosters of the GB 100 series for EX zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 in accordance with EU Directive 2014/34/EU for over 40 years. The machines convey and compress air and gases in a volume flow range from 150 to 60,000 m³/h at pressure increases up to 1,450 mbar or negative pressures up to 570 mbar. Housing segments are manufactured from aluminium or grey cast iron with vertical split, impellers are cast from treated aluminium alloy and dynamically balanced (balance grade G = 6.3 per ISO 1940). The units are delivered fully pre-assembled on base frames with control and regulating equipment. Fields of application include wastewater aeration, biogas and landfill gas, gas conveyance, galvanizing, paper and textile industries, drying, dust extraction as well as power plant applications such as flue gas desulfurization. More than 30,000 installed machines are in continuous operation worldwide.

Quality Assurance
The Saint-Trivier plant has been ISO 9001 certified since August 25, 2005 and was recertified by Bureau Veritas in 2023 (FR083547-1, valid until 29.07.2026). Quality assurance includes the dynamic balancing of the impeller sets with balance grade G = 6.3 according to ISO 1940-1973 (F) as well as the static balancing of each individual impeller.
