About Cross Coffee

Cross Coffee is the first specialty coffee roastery in Bremen. The company roasts specialty coffees using the drum roasting process and immediately packs the freshly roasted beans in airtight, aroma-protecting valve bags. Whenever possible, the roastery sources its green coffee from importers who buy from smallholder associations, cooperatives or comparable organisations, trading transparently, as demonstrated by the published origin details for green beans from Ecuador, Colombia, Indonesia and Guatemala. In addition to roasting, Cross Coffee offers tastings (cuppings), barista and coffee seminars as well as the sale of green coffee. The products are available via the company's own online shop; there is also a factory outlet at the location at Use Akschen 91 in Bremen. There, customers can watch the roasting on the drum roaster up close.
