About us

D. Roider Präzisionsmechanik AG in Oetwil am See is an internationally active SME in the Swiss precision mechanics sector. As a contract manufacturer, the company produces machine and apparatus parts according to customer drawings, with a focus on CNC turning (including driven tools, Y-axis and sub-spindle), 5-axis milling, cylindrical, surface and centerless grinding as well as honing, welding, heat treatment and surface treatments such as sandblasting and trowalizing. In addition to contract work, the company develops and produces its own products in the field of clamping technology: fixed and rotating centering points of the ROTOR brand (since 1927) as well as pneumatic precision chucks with a wedge-hook system. Design is carried out with CAD/CAM support. Customers come from mechanical engineering, apparatus engineering, automotive, vehicle construction, medical technology and scales/metrology, including Bosch, Volkswagen and ZF. Deliveries go to Switzerland, various European countries and Canada.
