About De Beer Plastics
De Beer Plastics is a Dutch-German family business with three production sites in the Netherlands and Germany (Langenfeld, Linsengericht, Oud-Beijerland) and headquarters in Veenendaal. The company produces engineering thermoplastics by injection molding, including precision parts made of high-performance plastics such as PPS, PEEK, PA4.6 and PSU, as well as 2K and vertical injection-molded parts and TPE seals according to EN 681-2. With over 100 injection molding machines (clamping force 25–650 tonnes), in-house toolmaking including 2K tools and 3D-printed tool inserts, as well as its own research and development department, projects are executed from product design optimization (DFM, Moldflow) via prototyping to series production. In addition, De Beer Plastics offers assembly (mirror and ultrasonic welding, leak testing), printing, packaging and logistics solutions such as just-in-time deliveries and worldwide shipping. The German plants operate fully CO₂-neutral; the company won the German Sustainability Award in 2019 and 2024.
