The DECKERFORM Unternehmensgruppe, headquartered in Aichach, is a holistic system partner for plastic products and is structured into the areas of idea workshop, toolmaking and production technology. In the idea workshop, more than twenty designers and analysts develop and analyse new plastic parts, including 3D data models and component analyses. The powerful toolmaking department manufactures injection moulding and compression moulding tools for any batch size. Production technology includes the exclusive sales of all-electric Toyo injection moulding machines of the Si-6s series in the German-speaking region as well as individually customised automation solutions from Sepro with peripherals such as vacuum drying ovens and temperature control units. Core processes are injection moulding, injection foaming (structural foam moulding) and injection compression moulding with In-Mould-Decoration (IMD). A key focus is on recycling materials such as rPET and the PET recycling compound RECOPOUND®, from which products such as flower pots, watering cans, coasters and grass pavers are made. Customers are found in packaging, furniture, sporting goods, construction, automotive, spirits and cosmetics.
