About the dental laboratory
Dentallabor Evident is a dental technology business in Aachen covering the entire spectrum of fixed and removable dentures. The laboratory produces all-ceramic restorations made of zirconia (ZrO2) and E-Max, laser-sintered metal-ceramics on NEM (non-precious metal) basis, cast partial dentures, combined dentures with attachments, telescopic and bar work, as well as implant-supported dentures from all manufacturers. The portfolio also includes complete dentures made of PMMA, soft resilient relining, PEEK frameworks, snoring appliances and sports mouthguards. A large proportion of the work is produced digitally: with 3D scanning and intraoral scan processing, CAD/CAM design, 5-axis CAM milling (dry and wet), 3D printing from light-curing polymer resins and laser sintering (SLM) at over 1400 °C. Since 2009, 95% of all NEM crown and bridge frameworks have been laser sintered, resulting in stress-free and accurately fitting frameworks. Production takes place entirely in Germany; customers are dental practices in Germany and Belgium.

Additional services
Quality
Production is largely digital with 3D scanning, CAD/CAM design and 5-axis milling operations; stress-free, accurately fitting frameworks are achieved through laser sintering. Individual tooth shade taking and coordination with dentist and patient are part of the production process.
