About Dentallabor Pohl
Since 1992, Dentallabor Pohl GmbH has been producing aesthetic dental prostheses at its headquarters in Senden in the Münsterland region as well as at a dental laboratory in Görlitz. The laboratory has fully converted its process chain to digital technologies: from intraoral impression taking and CAD design to CAM production, crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays are manufactured, among other things, from lithium disilicate and white zirconia, frequently as monolithic restorations. The laboratory provides dental practices with three intraoral scanners on a day-to-day basis via a GDPR-compliant online booking system, supports scanning on site in the practice, and assists practices in setting up a scan workflow; a remote service complements the offering. By switching to CAD/CAM, the laboratory was able to significantly increase productivity: whereas previously more than 30 employees were employed, today around ten dental technicians handle a comparable workload, with fewer complaints and higher customer satisfaction. Collaboration with dental practices is close and digitally organized.
