About Deublin
DEUBLIN GmbH is a manufacturer of rotary unions – mechanical components that enable the transfer of pressurized fluids from a stationary source into rotating machine parts. Additionally, the company manufactures electrical brushes and brush carriers, as well as steam rotary unions and siphon systems for dry cylinders in paper machines. The portfolio includes standard solutions, individually designed special solutions (Custom Solutions), repair service kits, and installation and field repair. Deublin offers various patented sealing technologies such as Pop-Off®, AutoSense®, and SpindleShield® for nearly any combination of media, rotational speed, and pressure. The components are used, among others, in machine tools, wind turbines, paper and packaging machines, agricultural and construction machinery, as well as in the oil and gas, semiconductor, and medical technology industries. The German facility in Mainz employs 163 staff (IHK Rheinhessen); since 2019, Deublin has been part of the HOERBIGER Group (Zug, Switzerland) and forms the core of the Rotary Solutions business unit.
