About die zahntechniker GbR
die zahntechniker GbR is a master dental laboratory based in Fellbach near Stuttgart. The laboratory produces dental prosthetics of master craftsmanship, including implant restorations of all kinds, individually milled abutments, all-ceramic restorations made of zirconia, all-ceramic inlays, onlays and veneers made of Emax, telescopic work, flexible dentures as well as milled or 3D-printed splints. The work is based on digital design with CAD/CAM systems and the processing of intraoral scans; additionally, aesthetic long-term provisionals, individual shade matching and repairs are offered. Materials used include, besides zirconia and Emax, titanium, precious and non-precious metal alloys as well as dental plastics. The two owners, master dental technician Annika Mürdter with 15 years of professional experience and master dental technician Timo Fischer with over 30 years of professional experience, produce for dental practices in the region.

Materials and Processes
Zirconia (zirconium dioxide)
High-performance ceramic for all-ceramic crowns, bridges and restorations, milled using the CAD/CAM process.
Emax
Lithium disilicate ceramic for all-ceramic inlays, onlays and veneers with high aesthetics.
Titanium and titanium alloys
Material for implant-related components such as individually milled abutments.
Precious metal alloys
Used for crown and bridge frameworks as well as galvanotechnique due to biocompatibility and corrosion resistance.
Non-precious metal alloys (cobalt, chromium, molybdenum)
Used for frameworks and cast partial denture technique, among other things for telescopic work.
Plastics (MMA/PMMA)
Used for dentures, flexible dentures and aesthetic long-term provisionals.
Ceramic-filled plastics (composites)
Layered veneering materials for prosthetic work.

Additional services
Quality
The fit accuracy of the work is ensured through digital design with CAD/CAM systems; in the lost-wax casting process, a fit accuracy to the natural tooth of 10 µm is targeted. With a trained eye and individual shade matching, shape, surface and color build-up are reproduced true to nature.
