About DIETZ solutions

DIETZ solutions GmbH in Eppingen specializes in the manufacture of silicone molded parts and cover elements, also in small and very small series. The company supports customers from the conception and design of silicone molds through in-house toolmaking with sampling to series production – all from a single source. Production takes place using the LSR injection molding process on several ARBURG injection molding machines and, since 2024, additively via a 3D silicone printer (Liquid Additive Manufacturing) using the same LSR material as in injection molding. A machining center is used for tool and mold making. Silicone molded parts from DIETZ solutions are used, among other things, in orthopedic technology, dentistry, the automotive industry, and as negative molds for casting art objects. The company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2019. In November 2014 the company was taken over by Tobias Dietz and renamed; in 2026 it was recognized as a Top Innovator.
