About mydocking
The docking Solution und Service GmbH (mydocking) was founded in 2008 and serves specialist retailers and service companies with customer-oriented solutions, innovative products, spare parts and components in the field of loading technology. The product range includes, among other things, hydraulic dock levellers, inflatable door seals, dock lights, traffic light systems, electric door locks, i-Vision control systems as well as safety and accessory systems. All products are manufactured in Europe and are compatible with original parts from different manufacturers. The loading bay is conceived as a complete solution: the components are digitally networked and are controlled, maintained and monitored via a proprietary app and the NovoServiceHub. In addition, the company offers training courses, a premium service package (mydocking SELECT), individual customer configurations and a webshop reachable 24 hours a day. Customers in more than 25 countries on 5 continents are supplied. The company is based in Hannover, where a new showroom was inaugurated in June 2025.
