About us
Draude & Wagner Galvanik GmbH & Co. KG is a metal surface finishing company based in Lüdenscheid. Founded in 1951, the company coats standard metal parts such as nails, screws, fastening hooks and metal springs as well as other small parts by zinc plating, phosphating and burnishing – both as barrel and rack work. Zinc plating is carried out in blue or yellow finish with layer thicknesses of up to max. 30 µm; in a rocking (swing) plant, wire-bent articles and sensitive metal rods up to a length of 1450 mm can be coated. For burnishing and phosphating, laboratory barrels also allow very small quantities. In addition, the company offers post-treatments to improve corrosion protection and sliding performance when screwing parts together. The coating serves to enhance the appearance, extend the service life and increase the value of parts for customers in the automotive supply and electrical industries, the furniture and construction sectors, and fastening technology. The QM and environmental system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, and process capability is ensured through regular bath and equipment inspections as well as 100% inspection of all coating quantities.
