About E. Roos GmbH
E. Roos GmbH Kunststoff-Thermoformtechnik is a family-owned plastic processing and fabrication company founded in 1991 by Ewald Roos, headquartered in Fahrenbach-Robern in the Neckar-Odenwald district. Its core competencies are vacuum forming (deep drawing) with positive and negative forming as well as the twin-sheet process, CNC machining of plastic parts up to 2 m in length and 1 m in width, bending transformations with a hot-wire bending machine, and plastic welding processes such as hot-gas draw welding, hot-gas extrusion welding and heated-element butt welding. From PP, PE and PVC, the company manufactures and repairs containers, tanks, tubs, basins and pipes; within a radius of approx. 80 km, repair and modification work is also carried out on site. In addition, polishing work on acrylic glass, joining and bonding technology, CAD/CAM design as well as products such as spit and sneeze guards, mobile washbasins and articles for shopfitting and furniture construction are offered. Sales markets include the whole of Germany in addition to southern Germany, EU countries and Switzerland.
