For more than 50 years, Eckert Präzisionsteile KG has been manufacturing precision parts in the fields of CNC turning, CNC milling and grinding. The service portfolio includes centerless cylindrical grinding, cylindrical and between-centers grinding, superfinishing, hard chrome grinding and horizontal honing. In addition, the company offers heat treatments such as vacuum hardening, induction and case hardening and Tenifer treatment, as well as surface treatments such as hard coating, anodizing, burnishing, galvanizing and ceramic coating. A particular area of expertise is the machining of stainless chrome-nickel steels; in addition, all machinable materials, high-strength stainless steels and titanium are processed. Production is carried out in small, medium and large series as a contract manufacturer for equipment manufacturers, the pump industry (pump and control pistons) and the general supply industry (shafts, axles, pins, motor shafts). The company with 20 employees is located in Kupferzell/Belzhag in Baden-Württemberg.
