Founded in 1985 as rbr Messtechnik GmbH, the family-owned company has operated under the name ecom GmbH since 2017 and employs over 145 staff. From development to high-tech device, the products are created at the headquarters in Iserlohn; sales and support are provided worldwide in over 40 countries, supported by own subsidiaries in France, the USA, Austria and Belgium. The devices are used in the building services and heating trades, by burner and boiler manufacturers, CHP operators, in industry and power generation, as well as in research and education.
