About EGLE Werkzeugbau

Egle Werkzeugbau GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized company for toolmaking and manufacturing technology based in the Netphen district of Dreis-Tiefenbach in the Siegen-Wittgenstein region. Founded in 1992 by master toolmaker Hartmut Egle, the company produces cutting, punching, progressive-die and forming tools, jigs and gauges, as well as prototypes and first-article parts, with around 18 employees. Roughly half of revenue comes from classic toolmaking, the other half from contract manufacturing of single parts and small series. The in-house manufacturing depth covers CNC milling (3- and 5-axis), CNC turning, wire and sinker EDM, waterjet cutting with 3,600 bar high-pressure technology and surface grinding – almost all work steps are handled in-house. Customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, the food industry, the household appliances sector, environmental and recycling technology and renewable energies, including Hailo and FUCHS Schraubenwerk GmbH. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
