ELMTEC Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, based in Königslutter am Elm, is a calibration laboratory specialized in calibration services. The company calibrates measuring instruments for acoustic, analytical, electrical, optical, frequency and thermodynamic metrology as well as calibrators, simulators, stopwatches and VDE test equipment. The laboratory is accredited by DAkkS to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 with a flexible scope for temperature and humidity measurands in accordance with EA 2/15, and within the accredited scope it covers, among other things, high voltage up to 20 kV DC, current up to 180 A, high frequency up to 12 GHz, distortion factor as well as shunts and leakage-current networks. Services include detailed calibration certificates with traceability, bilingual calibration certificates (German/English), test labels, calibration reminders after expiry of the recalibration interval, and test equipment monitoring in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Together with the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), ELMTEC is implementing the digitalized calibration chain in the DCC2Ind project. The offering is aimed exclusively at companies and institutions (B2B). The company brings over 30 years of experience and, as a member of Technical Committee 4.12 of the GMA in the VDI, is actively involved in drafting the VDI/VDE/DGQ/DKD 2622 guideline.

Quality and Accreditation
The calibration laboratory is accredited by DAkkS to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 with a flexible scope (reaccreditation 2019-06-20, external surveillance successfully completed 2024-12-19). All calibrations are documented with test labels and a calibration certificate, which certifies the measured values, an evaluation of the results, and unambiguous traceability.
