About SCHÄFER Lochbleche
SCHÄFER Lochbleche (perforated sheets) is a division of EMW Stahl Service GmbH, based in Neunkirchen in the Siegerland region, and part of the family-run SCHÄFER WERKE Group. The company produces made-to-measure perforated sheets from over 400 standard perforation patterns as well as custom special perforations – used as façade cladding, acoustic protection, sun and privacy screening, engine ventilation, filter and cladding sheet. Production includes perforating on modern wide presses, punching, laser cutting, levelling, bending, clinching, welding, deburring and surface treatments such as coating (including PerfPRO, powder/CTE) and anodising. Materials processed include steel, galvanised and coated steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, brass and plastic; sheets up to 1,500 mm wide and 6,000 mm long. Customers come from construction and architecture, mechanical engineering, automotive, agricultural and construction machinery, filtration technology, electrical engineering and emerging technology fields such as battery housings and hydrogen production. Synergies with the affiliated EMW steel service center, which holds over 300,000 t of sheet metal stock, enable short delivery times; stock perforated sheets are ready for delivery within 24 hours.
