The company produces micro end mills, end mills, engraving burins, drills, countersinks, reamers and thread mills for micro-machining, precision mechanics, watchmaking components and toolmaking. The range includes standard ranges for micro-milling operations (roughing, finishing and superfinish cutters, torus and ball-nose cutters) as well as custom-made tools to customer specifications. The tools are optionally available with central or peripheral coolant supply as well as with PVD and CVD coatings. Via an e-shop with real-time availability, CAD data and cutting data calculation (Ezi Direct / Ezi Cut), Eskenazi serves customers in Switzerland and internationally. Quality assurance is carried out by sampling or 100% inspection with optical measuring systems to one tenth of a micron, including traceability from the raw material onward.
