About Etimex Technical Components
Etimex Technical Components GmbH, based in Rottenacker (Baden-Württemberg), manufactures precision plastic parts and rubber moulded parts for the mobility (including e-mobility), home appliance, medical technology and thermal engineering sectors. The process portfolio covers blow moulding, injection moulding and their combination, 3D blow moulding, hollow body injection moulding, rubber injection moulding and multi-component injection moulding (2K). For medical technology, injection moulded parts are further processed and packed in a cleanroom; sterile wound care containers are produced on 2K injection moulding machines and automatically transferred into the cleanroom by a 6-axis robot. For H2 storage, the company uses coextrusion compounding lines with EVOH and produces hydrogen-impermeable plastic parts. As a co-development partner, Etimex implements complex production processes and automation solutions for assembly. In addition to its headquarters in Rottenacker, the company operates a production site in Hranice (Czech Republic). Series production for medical technology is carried out in accordance with the MDR and ISO 13485 (certified since late 2021).
