Laser Systems Engineering from Lüneburg
eurolaser GmbH, headquartered in Lüneburg, has been developing and manufacturing modular CO₂ laser machines for large-format processing of non-metals since 1994. The machine portfolio includes the M-Line series (working areas from 1,330 x 830 mm), L-Line, XL-Line as well as the large-format systems 2XL-3200 and 3XL-3200 with working areas up to 3,210 x 3,200 mm. The systems cut and engrave plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and polypropylene, textiles, films and adhesive tapes, wood and MDF as well as composites such as CFRP and GRP; mechanical tools (knives, milling cutters) can optionally be integrated in parallel with the laser. Typical industries of application are automotive and aerospace, apparel, interior and furniture, signage and POS, filtration technology, medical technology and electronics. In addition to standard machines, the company develops custom special-purpose machines and offers material testing in its Application Center, training, laser leasing, refurbishing and worldwide service.

Materials and Processes
CO₂ laser cutting
Contactless cutting of plastics, textiles, films, wood and composites with laser powers from 60 to 650 W.
Acrylic (PMMA)
Stress-free cutting and engraving of cast, extruded and recycled acrylic in large format.
Textiles (Cut & Seal)
Thermally sealed, lint-free cut edges on synthetic textiles such as aramid, polyester and neoprene.
Composites (CFRP, GRP)
Material-sparing, distortion-free cutting of fiber-reinforced composites without mechanical force.
Films and adhesive tapes (Kiss-Cut)
Precise layer separation in multi-layer films without adhesive residue on the tool.
Wood and wood-based materials (MDF, plywood, veneer)
Fine cutting and inlays up to high-resolution relief engravings at up to 1,200 dpi.
